Check-out before 6:00 p.m.: 40% charge of room rate.
Check-out after 6:00 p.m.: 80% charge of room rate.
Children under 3 years old are free of room charge, including breakfast. Children 4-12 years old are charged 50% of payment.
10% penalty will be charged if cancelled within 4-7 days prior to check-in. 50% penalty will be charged for cancellations made within 1-3 days and 100% penalty if cancelled on the day of check-in.
Room rates include Buffet breakfast, 10% VAT tax, 24 hours internet use.
