Tumen Zangu Company, which owns and manages this sauna and hotel complex, has been in the business since 1992. The company has been working towards expanding its presence in the trade and tourism sector ever since it was formed.
Gobi Sauna Complex beautifully showcases the professional side and the business acumen of the company. Soon after it was established in 2005, the complex successfully participated in the East Asian Sauna Conference in Seoul. It has been a member of the East Asian Sauna Association since 2006. Of all the treatments offered at the Gobi Complex, the medical and gemstone saunas are most popular with its customers.
The Gobi Sauna Complex offers a variety of wellness and entertainment services ranging from restaurants, luxury gemstone saunas, oxygen bars, relaxation massage rooms, VIP rooms, fitness club, hairdresser, beauty salons and conference and business rooms.

-A fine of USD $4 per hour is charged if guests fail to check-out on time
-If the check-out time is later that 6.00 pm, guests will be charged for the entire day
-There is no charge for children under 5 years of age
- There is a 50% charge for children between 6 to 12 years of age
The cancellation policy states the following:
-There is a 100% penalty for cancellations made on the check-in day
-There is a 50% penalty for cancellations made within 1-3 days prior to the check-in day
-There is a 10% penalty for cancellations made within 4-7 days prior to the check-in day
Breakfast and VAT taxes are included in the room rates. Guests who have booked rooms with the Gobi Sauna Complex get a 50% discount on sauna and fitness services.
