The architecture of Hotel Mongolia, in Mongolian Mongol Shiltgeen, reminds the visitor on an ancient monastery. It is situated in a picturesque landscape adjacent to the banks of Tuul River, about 20 kilometres East Ulaanbaatar city centre.

You enter the premises through the Northern main gate and arrive in a spectacular lobby with high ceilings and red brick walls, a recitation of the "Forbidden City". Arcades surround the hotel complex alongside the four metre strong walls. The walls guide you to the central complex comprising the hotel restaurant which offers spectacular views into all directions.

The handmade and carved wooden applications, doors and furniture are excellent examples of Mongolian craftsmanship.

We proudly present our special Stone Ger rooms round shaped brick dwellings. External and internal architectural shapes represent typical Mongolian yurt or ger. The space is large and comfortable. Each Stone Ger has its own individual traditional furnishing and decoration.
