The hotel refurbished the entire interior in 2008 and has got a new face to the public. The hotel restaurant is located on the 1st floor while the rooms are located on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. The nearest shopping areas are the State Department Store and the TBD Anduud shopping complex, which are located within a 1-km range of the hotel. One of the best location features is Gandan Monastery, the biggest functioning Buddhist monastery of Mongolia, located half a kilometre from the hotel to the north.

The hotel endeavors to become one of the leading mid-range hotel service providers, inviting you to experience their well-designed interiors, excellent service and fine cuisine. They provide their guests with extra services such as laundry, Internet, courier and fax.

The laundry room is located on the first floor and provides you with efficient service. The business center is located on the 4th floor and is open 24 hours a day. The front desk staff can provide fax, photocopy, print and postal services for you. Breakfast is served in the Roma restaurant between 07.30 am and 11.00 am and it is included in the room price. Late check out policy:
50% of the daily room charge. Full day charge will apply for check-outs made later than 6:00 pm.

Policy on children staying with parents:

- Children up to 3 years of age using existing bedding: an additional fee of $10 per day will be levied

- Children up to 3 years of age using an extra bed: 50% of the normal room rates will be charged

- Children between 4 to 12 years of age: 70% of the normal room rates will be charged.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations on the day of check-in = 100% penalty.
- Cancellations made between 1-3 days prior to check-in = 30% penalty.
- Cancellations made between 4-7 days prior to check-in = 10% penalty.
