The Khustai National Park (HNP) of Mongolia is a world famous place for its successful reintroduction of the Przewalski horses. In additon to these wild horses roaming freely in their land of origin again, the park and its surrounding area have much more to offer to the lovers of the nature located in the heartlands of Asia.
Thanks to international effort and Dutch Government, several takhis were re-introduced to Mongolian steppe in 90s and its number has increased up to several hundred at present. The park has become one of the most visited attractions for foreign tourists and guests. Small, grassy hills make the area calm and relaxing and it's perfect for hiking. You'll be enjoyed by the natural scenery of the park spotting the wild horses grazing on the hills.
