"We were happy to sleep four in the same room because we were a family. It was hot and no scrin on the windows...So the mosquitos was entering in the room! No fan and no air conditionning...The staff was charming and you can find a convinient store just next to the hotel. So very convinient."

"The Michelle Hotel is clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. We ate breakfast and dinner at their restaurant; the food itself was adequate - but good if one considers the price and convenience and friendliness of the staff.
The hotel's central location allowed us to venture out on foot to museums, temples and other sites with ease. Overall, staying at Michelle Hotel worked very well for us during our stay in Ulaanbaatar.
Making reservations, confirmation and payment through the mongoliahotel-link.com was a very simple process (unlike some websites I have visited) and I appreciate this.

"This is a nice, clean hotel but probably overpriced considering other options in Ulaanbaatar. The staff are friendly enough but not particularly helpful. Do not expect reception to be able to provide any orientation or directions to sites or conveniences such as ATMs. They will also not be able to help you organize any tickets or tours. Also, if you are unsure of exact dates that you will need accommodation, do not make any payments in advance as they will keep your deposit in full even if you notify them in advance of any changes to your itinerary."
