"Very nice hotel and very helpful front desk staff."
Ms. CYNTHIA B. - United States on 16/07/2010
"The Hotel Seoul has a little potential if it were just fixed up a little bit.The wallpaper in the rooms looks like it's from the Communist-era.All in all not a bad place, located right on Peace Avenue so everything was within fairly short walking distance. The Level Lounge next to Zaya's Guest House is a good place to have a drink."
Mr. craig r. - United States on 08/07/2010
"Good Things:
Nice location, value for money and very nice staff. Karaoke bar in celler :)And cheap minibar.

Bad Things:
Our rooms smelled very bad. We think it was due to the sewage. Little attention to details: no toilet paper, towels missing and no daily cleaning.

It was a cheap, but many thins in Mongolia are. And we were not aware that there was a sex club in the cellar at the time of booking (although this have not affected our overall experience negatively).

Next time we will chose another hotel."
Ms. Line Gronbech S. - Denmark on 03/09/2009
"The room and the building are pretty old and don't look very clean. But the hotel do clean. Internet was not available in the building although the web site says internet is available. So this was not convenient. In the end, it was not a big deal because there are a lot of internet cafes and restaurants with free wifi near by. The staff were friendly and helpful although they speak very little English. Also the location is great. Overall I wanted a better room, but I cannot complain about it due to the unbeatable price. So this hotel is great only for budget travelers who want a private room and a bathroom."
Mr. Tomohiro Y. - Japan on 29/08/2009
"Staff at hotel were extremely unhelpful in obtaining information about booking and even went so far as to refuse to give their names or to provide written confirmation that the hotel was fully booked and a reservation in my name had not been received."
Mr. Anton J. - New Zealand on 24/08/2009
"3 stars - over stated, 5th floor with out lift"
Mr. Peter O. - Australia on 26/07/2009
