Even though the hotel is 2km from downtown, it is situated very close to the main Enkhataivan Avenue that leads directly to downtown. As you leave the hotel, walk south to the Enkhataivan Avenue and after passing several small and old apartments, you will reach downtown.

To the north of the hotel, just a 5-min walk away, are several small shops, catering venues and other public services like mobile services, banks, credit card services etc. If you are there in winters, remember to wear your hat and coat.
