UB - 2 Hotel

The UB 2 Hotel is a branch of the Ulaanbaatar Hotel and is located 80 kilometers east of Ulaanbaatar city in the tranquil setting of Terelj National Park's beautiful landscape. Since its opening in 1997, UB 2 has been considered one of the largest hotels in the countryside providing travel and recreational services including comfortable hotel rooms and Mongolian gers, an elegant restaurant with quality European meals with Mongolian traditional touch, sauna, swimming pool and activities such as golf courses, horse riding, hiking and archery etc.

The Terelj National Park is a deservedly popular destination suitable for managing tourism activities and accommodating in a magnificent, alpine scenery with gorgeous rocky mountains, cliffs and massive, interesting rock formations. The park is located close to Ulaanbaatar capital city (80 km), covering 293,168 hectares of land altitude at 1600 meters above sea level. Mobile reception is available in the park.

The main feature of your choice is the hotel's location in one of the best parts of the park where you can have a good hiking in the impressive valley of Terelj river flowing just behind the hotel. A few meters away from the hotel, you will be invited by many local nomads who can offer their horses for a short riding. Paved road running from the city to the hotel assures easy access to the area.

The UB 2 Hotel has 20 rooms and 15 gers (Mongolian traditional dwelling) and operates throughout the year.
