Caring For The Customer


The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Pickup info:

Pick-up location should be noted to the tour operator via email or phone at least one day prior to tour departure day. Pick up location should be in the territory of Ulaanbaatar city. If your location is in the outskirts (outside the city) of the city, additional fees may apply.

  • Bookings must be made at least 2 days before tour departure day
  • Booking request should be made via the booking system of our website
