The hotel is located right between Ulaanbaatar Train Station (a 3-minute drive) and Enkhtaivan (Peace) Avenue, which is the city's central avenue. From the hotel, you'll easily access to Seoul Street, which is to the north after a 10-minute walk through apartment blocks. This street is popular for its number of famous dining places, restaurants, pubs and so on.

If you are travelling by a train, you can take a taxi from the railway station and tell the driver to reach the "Em Impex" building, located along "Narnii Zam" Street. Only some 3-5 minutes straight driving, you'll spot the tall building of Zolo Star Hotel on the left (on the north side of the road). You may pass by the hotel firstly and then turn back.
